Shipping Policy

We ship to the following: Canada, United States

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®

  • UPS Next Day Air®

  • UPS Worldwide Express®

  • UPS Worldwide Saver®

  • UPS® Ground

  • UPS® Standard 

Delivery is 1 to 5 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Processing Time.  All other shipments are processed within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages. Lash Critic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Consumer must contact UPS to start the claims process for lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured and will require signature.

We will be closed on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the type of item purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges for sanitary purposes. In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, and we will gladly replace the damaged goods.

For the damaged item(s), please email us pictures of the item(s) to include the order number. It is up to our discretion if the product should be replaced.
