CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

•  We understand that unexpected delays happen that are out of your control, but if you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule the appointment for another date.Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify no less than one hour in advance. We understand life happens and prevents us from showing up but if no communication is made then the appointment will be cancelled with no refund of money paid.

  • No Shows - you just didn't show up at all

  • No Text- you didn't text us us no later than one hour of your appointment to cancel or reschedule 

  • No Call- you did not call us no later than one hour in advance to cancel or reschedule

• If one of these have been done then you can reschedule with no issue. 

LATENESS

•  If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not get the full amount of extensions on but will be charged for the full price of the service.

PAYMENTS 

• Full Sets- Appointments for full sets require a $75 retainer fee and the amount is deducted from the final cost. Retainer fees are non- refundable but able to reschedule a missed appointment along as communication was made. A rescheduled appointment must be make within two weeks.

• All other appointments - Payment must be made in full in order to schedule.Retainer fees are non- refundable but able to reschedule a missed appointment along as communication was made. A rescheduled appointment must be make within two weeks.

• Silence phones during your appointment and relax and enjoy your quiet time.

CHILDREN/GUEST-

• ​Please refrain from bringing children or pets to the appointment.
