Appointments are tightly booked and dedicated to our loyal clients.

Showing up 15 minutes or later, will result in a reschedule or cancellation!!

NEW CLIENTS-​ Please be at least 10 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork.


LATE/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:​ If you are 10 minutes late you may not get the full amount of eyelash extensions on but will be charged for the full price of the service.  If you are 15minutes late your appt will be CANCELLED.  For a late arrivals, you MUST make communication PRIOR to your current appointment.  Please be mindful of other clients that have appointments after yours. We will not push the next client's appointment (whom is on time) back to accommodate a late client. Therefore, the timer starts at your appointment.

Appointments after 15minutes of the scheduled appointment time will automatically be cancelled and rescheduled only once.  After the 2nd tardiness for the same (now rescheduled) appointment , it will be canceled and a new appointment can be made with another payment.

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us 2 hour in advance. Less than a 2-hour notice may inquire a $25 fee.

Going to another location that is not statedon this website is unexcused and your appointment will be cancelled, rescheduled or charged as a no show/cal/text if you have not arrived within the guidelines.


NO SHOW/NO CALL/NO TEXT - APPOINTMENTS FORFEIT ANY PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY AND WILL NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER FULL DEPOSIT TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. Again, your payment for that appointment will NOT be refunded.  Clients will not be allowed to reschedule WITHOUT paying the FULL PAYMENT at time of rebooking. All fees will be charged to credit card on file.



NO SHOW- you don't bother to come at all

NO CALL- you failed to call  OR you called BUT did NOT leave a voicemail stating your Name, date, and time of your appointment 

NO TEXT/EMAIL- you failed to send text a message stating your name, date, and time of your appointment (I must acknowledge)

*Communication MUST be made PRIOR to appointment no less than 1hr before set appointment time.



*Retianer fees range in price depending the service.  

*Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE! There is a ONE-TIME courtesy to reschedule an appointment if the cancellation is made 24 hours in advance; if not, there is a $25 rescheduling fee. After 2nd cancellation of rescheduled service, deposits are forfeited. The amount is deducted from the final cost.  This rule does not cover No show/call/text so please please read those guidelines.


*PrePaid services must be rescheduled within one week from original appointment.

*PrePaid Services are not charged a no show/call/text fee and monies will not be automatically refunded.

**PrePaid Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you, the client, cancels your appointment for any reason you must contact Lash Critic at the time of cancellation and request a ONE-TIME reschedule within a week from original date.​

*Silence phones and no talking on phone during your appointment this is you time to  relax and enjoy your quiet time.


*We love children but due to the nature of the services children not allowed.  Please make provide childcare for a min of 2hrs.
